Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution rates
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills in English (written/spoken)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + 2 weekdays)
- Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce preferred
