Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (calls, CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex resolution cases
- Participate in monthly product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and MS Office proficiency
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic CRM software knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 30 miles of Fort Worth
