- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, call scripts, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory (Paid Training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic CRM software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
