Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Process orders, applications, and service requests while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff as necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to type with high accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
