Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (handle time, resolution rate)
- Identify upsell opportunities for service enhancements
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
