- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth objectives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a major plus)
