- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference with product catalog
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
