- Record Keeping: Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to our internal processes.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (specifically Minneapolis, MN, or Ohio preferred).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
