Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and feedback reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in BPO or retail
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
