Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries from Miami-area customers
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with local teams to address community-specific needs
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for quality and resolution times
- Proactively identify process improvements for local service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in local market preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
