Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using empathetic communication and problem-solving skills
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office

- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
