Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues requiring specialized knowledge
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and retention
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, handle times, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline customer workflows
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through ongoing training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (remote or in-office)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask across 3+ communication channels simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
