Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and product knowledge databases
- Meet/exceed KPIs: First Call Resolution (85%), Average Handle Time (4 min), CSAT (90%)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to maintain product/service expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Clear, articulate communication with neutral accent
- Type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Flexible availability to cover rotating shifts (including evenings)
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
