Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
