Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues beyond scope
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to compliance protocols and safeguard sensitive customer information
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing through training sessions and feedback
- Meet/exceed performance targets including resolution rates and CSAT scores
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalations or peak periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with analytical mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
