Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution time, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Portland location
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on business needs
- Basic computer proficiency with 50+ WPM typing
