Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in our CRM database.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every call.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team.
