Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using the CRM system.
- Update customer records in the database with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
