Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve complex service issues and complaints by applying sound judgment and escalating cases to management when necessary.
- Accurately process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates using our CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and active listening.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-based environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
