Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer transactions, including returns, exchanges, and account modifications.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Document customer feedback and issues in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service quality and response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas office.
