- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)
