Responsibilities

- Provide detailed product information and assist with order processing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and calm demeanor, even when dealing with difficult situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
