Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, account status, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, policies, and procedures to answer complex inquiries confidently.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
