Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex customer needs.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic data entry.
