- Resolve billing issues, service complaints, and product inquiries for North Carolina residents
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a local/regional role
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
