Responsibilities

- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all chat logs and customer transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and communicate relevant product upgrades or add-ons to customers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are primarily hiring for entry-level positions.
- Technical Skills: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
