Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolving issues on the first contact.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high service quality and operational standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and software applications with ease.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or evenings.
