Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately within SLA targets
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for CSAT, FCR, and AHT metrics
- Participate in ongoing training for product updates and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral/professional dialect
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
