- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Reliable internet connection and headset (if remote/hybrid).
