Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for timely resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet (if remote).
