Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
