Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal systems.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
