Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference product solutions
- Meet daily KPIs including handle time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in quarterly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Reliable internet connection (20+ Mbps) and quiet home office
