Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Receive, screen, and route incoming calls and emails to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Sales Support: Assist in identifying upselling opportunities and promoting our services to meet sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement; GED accepted.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday) and punctuality is mandatory.
