Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products/services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for rotating weekends/shifts
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte office
