Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
