Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leads appropriately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to type and navigate computer systems with speed and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote work is applicable).
- Must be willing to attend the Hiring Event in Chicago, IL or Albuquerque, NM.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
