Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
