Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Provide product recommendations and cross-sell services to meet KPI targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and workflow processes.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
