- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the event.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
