Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, explaining the solution, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM database with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
