Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote roles).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
