Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide effective, empathetic resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Follow established scripts and call scripts to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and quality assurance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to answer questions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to attend the Hiring Event and start training immediately.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
