Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and account updates in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or frustrated customers.
- Availability to work full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
