Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
