Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account management
- Update CRM systems with accurate call notes and resolution details
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction score and 25+ AHT (Average Handle Time)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Zendesk/ Salesforce CRM platforms
- Quiet home office with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid US work authorization
