Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting steps.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- No prior call center or customer service experience required; training provided.
- Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
