Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay informed about product updates and service changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are open to hiring enthusiastic entry-level candidates for immediate start positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
