Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities while maintaining authentic customer relationships
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate across departments to resolve escalated issues within 24 hours
- Contribute to process improvements through weekly team feedback sessions
- Master product knowledge to become a subject matter resource for peers
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in unstructured home environments
- High-speed internet connection (20+ Mbps) and dedicated workspace
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
