Role Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience that drives customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into the CRM system.
- Follow company scripts and policies while adapting tone to suit the customer's needs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams when necessary.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 30-40 WPM.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
